IN PERSON TRAINING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions apply to your purchase of in-person training services.

1. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.1 These terms and conditions form part of your agreement with us.

​

1.2 Your agreement with us is made up of these terms and conditions. This forms a legal agreement between us, so please make sure that you read carefully and understand. If you have any questions, please ask.

2. PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS

2.1 You understand and agree that any amounts payable to us before commencement of the in-person training will be non-refundable.

​

2.2 You further acknowledge that we will not permit any cancellations within one (1) month of the training date.

 

2.3 All tuition payments are non-refundable but booking fees are transferable for a fee only under special health-related circumstances which would require documentation for verification. If you have such a health-related issue, the sooner you can inform us, the better chance we have to help resolve the situation.

3. REFUNDS

If for any reason you are no longer able to complete the in person training, cancel at the last minute and/or fail to appear for the training session, the full amount paid will be forfeited to us and become non-refundable.

4. LATENESS

4.1 If the personal trainer is more than 10 minutes late for your session you will be entitled to a complimentary session equivalent to the lost time.

​

4.2 If you are late for your session, your session will be reduced in accordance with that time.

​

5. SUPPLY OF THE TRAINING

5.1 We shall use reasonable endeavors to supply the in-person training to you in accordance with these Terms and Conditions in all material respects but reserve the right to change the content of the training at any time and without notice.

5.2 We shall use reasonable endeavors to meet any specified training dates, but any such dates shall be anticipated dates only and may be subject to alteration.

 

5.3 The student must attend all scheduled dates on the calendar that are reserved; any missed dates will mean the student will be unprepared for the model provided and will be unable to work on the model. For any classes that are scheduled on days that are not consecutive then the student will not be able to re-schedule any of the dates unless there is a 3-week notice.

6. OBLIGATIONS

Your obligation shall:

• Be to co-operate with us in all matters relating to the training.

• Be to provide us with any information which may reasonably be required by us in preparation for the training.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

7.1 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any liability which cannot legally be limited, including, but not limited to, liability for:

• Death or personal injury caused by negligence.

• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

7.2 We shall not be liable whether in tort (including for negligence or breach of statutory duty), contract, misrepresentation, restitution or otherwise for any loss of profits, loss of business, loss of income, depletion of goodwill and/or similar losses or loss or corruption of data or information, or pure economic loss, or for any special, indirect or consequential loss, costs, damages, charges or expenses however arising from the services offered.

 

7.3 Students shall be responsible to do their own research and determine whether or not they can legally perform the services they learn from any course they have purchased with Luna Brow Ink. Luna Brow Ink is not responsible to confirm whether or not any particular student may legally perform their services where said student lives and works.
